Q-interactive renewal pricing consists of an annual license for each user, along with a number of subtest credits (minimum purchase order 150). Subtest credit usage is via a pre-pay method, in which you continue to estimate the total subtests you may require for the license year and pay upfront. Any subtest credits that may have been purchased in the previous license year and have yet to be used will roll over into the new license year.

Some additional materials may be needed for administration (e.g. blocks, response booklets etc), check the full list.

Renewal Step 1: Check how many active licenses are on your Q-interactive account

Using Q-interactive Central you can view how many active licenses are available on your account. If all your licenses have been allocated in the previous license year, you may wish to consider purchasing the same amount, if not more licenses when renewing. You will need to purchase one license for each user that will administer assessments on the system.

License type based on profession:

Standard: Includes access to BBCS-4R, BSRA-4, CELF-5 UK, CVLT-3, CVLT-C, D-KEFS, EVT, KTEA-3, NEPSY-II, RBANS, WAIS-IV UK, WIAT-III UK, WISC-V UK, WMS-IV UK, WRAT-5
Academic: Includes access to our Academic tests: EVT-3, KTEA-3, WIAT-III UK, WRAT-5
Speech: Includes access to our Speech tests: BBCS-4R, BSRA-4, CELF-5 UK, EVT-3, GFTA-3

Renewal Step 2: Estimate and purchase your subtest credits

Using Q-interactive Central you can produce a report to check how many subtest credits were used during the previous license year, giving you a good indication of how many you may need to purchase upfront for your new license.

Please note there is a minimum order purchase of 150 subtest credits.

Remember that any unused subtest credits from your previous license will also roll over to your new license once renewed.

iPad Pre-assessment Checklist

Prior to any assessment session, it is important to ensure your iPads are configured correctly to ensure an optimum experience.

Note: Ensure the Assess App is up to date on both iPad's. The latest App version is currently 3.22. If not up to date, please update first via the App Store on both iPad devices. Any mis-match can potentially cause connection issues during your assessment session.
