Two factor authentication
As a platform user, you confirm your identity when you log in via a username and password. 2FA is an additional security feature to complement your username and password. All platform users are required to re-authenticate when they login every 12 hours.
There are three methods of 2FA available, Text, Email and Google Authenticator. It is up to you or your business which authentication method(s) you set up when first activating your platform login. You must register at least one 2FA method to be able to login to the platform.
